Payment Guidelines

⋆˙⟡Payments accepted via artist-generated Paypal invoice only✧˖°.⋆˙⟡25-50% deposit is required before being added to the work schedule depending on size of project✧˖°.⋆˙⟡Payment plans available but work will not be added to the
schedule until a 50% minimum has been reached✧˖°.⋆˙⟡Providing visual references or in depth descriptions is
the client's responsibility. If major reworks or restarts
are needed due to unclear information being provided,
additional fees may occur.✧˖°.⋆˙⟡Refunds on incomplete work may be issued depending on circumstances surrounding the refund
reasoning versus how much work has already been completed✧˖°.⋆˙⟡Comms may be canceled as a result of unacceptable
behavior or treatment from the client, and a refund
may be withheld depending on the severity of the behavior.✧˖°.⋆˙⟡You can't use my art for content creation, branding, merchandise, or profit

Step by step process

1) Client requests a commission,
provides information,
I agree I can accept the work
and a final price is agreed to.2) A deposit is agreed to,
client pays the deposit,
the work is added to my calendar.3) I send heavily watermarked sketches, flats, and WIP pictures throughout each stage of the process4) Heavily watermarked final version of art is submitted
for approval, remaining balance is paid, client
receives high quality version of the artwork with nonintrusive, standard watermark.
